WING Art Gallery is situated in the centre of the charming Wealden village of Wadhurst. The gallery has a warm inviting feel, blending 15th century origins with Edwardian and Victorian additions and a contemporary hanging space. Chalk Gallery, Lewes
Chalk Gallery Lewes exhibits a consistently high standard of contemporary and affordable artwork by professional local artists in a variety of media, style, subject and technique. A re-hang every six weeks offers an exciting and constantly changing exhibition of paintings, sculptures, ceramics and prints. Chalk is run by the artists themselves, so there is always someone there to give you a warm welcome. |
West End House Gallery, Smarden
Situated in the beautiful, historic village of Smarden, the gallery shows original artworks and crafts by a range of renowned artists and makers. It is run by two (over) enthusiastic local artists, Karen Papworth and Patricia Hawkins. They host four to five themed exhibitions a year, with an eclectic mixed display in between. The gallery space is a friendly and stimulating environment with inspiring work, at all prices. |
