Combining her studies in Psychology with a love for the natural world, Sian creates large-scale botanical works that explore the intersection of art, nature, and their restorative benefits. Endlessly inspired by the infinite diversity of botanical forms, Sian invites the viewer to observe the interplay of light and shadow, focusing on the architecture and texture of plants without the distractions of colour. Sian has exhibited her work across the UK, receiving several awards. Sian is an elected Fellow of the Society of Botanical Artists and has been included in the Trinity Buoy Wharf Drawing Prize and RBA Rising Stars exhibitions.
