Join us for these informal untutored art sessions at Jonathan's new studio near Sedlescombe. Bring your own drink and snacks, your preferred art supplies and settle down for a few hours of making and creating your art in the convivial company of other creatives.

Jonathan's studio is surrounded by fields and woodland, so it is a perfect setting with the evening sun and light to provide inspiration for photography, en plein air painting and drawing. Potters and sculptors are also welcome to bring their clay if they wish to! We will provide a few subject matters and some tea and biscuits.

You will need a car to get there, with parking in the field. Unfortunately public transport is not an option.

It is our intention to continue these sessions throughout the year and the monthly activity will evolve in mutual discussion/collaboration with the participants.

These sessions are initially only open to Pure members and are free of charge.

Located between Blackbrooks Garden Centre and Sedlescombe Golf Course, on the brow of the hill. The entrance is to an unnamed lane, directly opposite New England Lane, on the A21, there are two reflector posts at the entrance. Parking is in the first field on the right. See the map below.
