PAINTING - ABSTRACT
In her work, communication becomes both subject and method, forming a dialogue between light, memory, process and space. Following Spotlights, her painting exhibited at the Saatchi Gallery as part of Artevol 2025, she explores how light crosses the past, illuminating traces that linger on the surface of the present.
Her paintings are intersected through shades of RGB color, where digital hues disrupt traditional pigment, creating a tension between physical and virtual modes of perception. The kinetic effect of shifting strobe light animates the work, subtly altering perception as illumination moves across its surface.
Her installations reconfigure domestic space, with colours referencing the coded femininity embedded within everyday materials and environments. Light itself becomes an active participant, mediating the space between processes, between what is handmade and what is rendered by machine. These crossings are not collisions but conversations, tracing how perception is layered, refracted, and continually redefined at the meeting points of time, colour, and technology
